Occupational Driving Safety
Develop a Safety Program
This course is created for Safety Management, Senior Management and Owners to assist in developing a written Occupational Driving Safety program.

Vehicular accidents are the number one cause of on-the-job fatalities in General Industry.  Almost 40% of the workplace fatalities are transportation related.  That’s a shocking statistic, but think about it.  How many marketing and sales reps, service and maintenance workers, administrative staff or supervisors are on the road for your company right now?  Has the time come for your organization to implement an Occupational Driving Safety program?

Upper Valley JVS is paving the way with an innovative training program your management or safety department can deliver.  Our course objective is simple:  we want to eliminate these tragic yet preventable fatality statistics.  Participants will learn how to implement occupational driving policies, create a written driver-safety program that includes enforcement, defensive driving techniques, and how to promote safe driving information to employees.
