Career Transition Project:
Most companies empower their employees with the abilities to make business decisions through a teamwork process called Total Quality Management (TQM). Quality management techniques can be used to lead project teams to success. This module leads the students through the process of project management from conception to presentation using the techniques of TQM. Students learn how to develop cross functioning-teams, identify and approve major projects, select team leaders, brainstorm issues, gather data, and deliver presentations.
